Revolutionary Ideas of Success by Steve Jobs

Besides Jobs heroic image because of his revolutionary products, he also suffered with adverse conditions and countless downfalls in his life. You can say that every fall and then rise up was an open opportunity for Jobs to turn the things and move towards bigger opportunities.

Jobs said that “people say that you have to be a lot of passionate of what you doing and this is totally true”. The reason behind this is to “build something of value is really so hard, that if you don’t work passionately, any rational individual would give up”, he added in the interview.

It is really so hard that you have to work on it over a sustainable period of time. So the thing is that “if you don’t enjoy your work, you are not having fun to do it” and so you are definitely going to give up. This is the case with much of the people around the globe and they loose motivation.

For building a successful company, Jobs said that “the ones who din’t love to quit they’re sane, right? Who would want to put up all these stuffs? Really no one wants. But if you have certain mindset and strategy, you will never gonna loose.

“You individually, have to be a great talent and it doesn’t matter how smart you are, you must need a team of great people”, Job said. “It depends on you and you have to figure it out how to fit people fairly and quickly”. You must have to “know people well and figure their strong skill areas, then fit them to the right place. It certainly needs great talent and an extraordinary mind to make quick decisions because you need great people around you”, Jobs said.

Bill Gates agreed to his words while he was launching Microsoft and was chasing money. Now according to Forbes, Gates is one of the richest person in the world with worth net income of $90 Billion.

In the interview itself Gates said, “the excitement was not seeing the economic value. You know when in 1975 we wrote a computer on every desk and in every home, we were not realizing, oh, we will have a big company”.

“The idea of being at forefront observing new things and the things we really wanted to do and be able to join people who have fun to work. I think it really depends on the people and the passion”, Gates said.
