State Bank of India (SBI) Apprenticeship Recruitment 2020: SBI Mumbai announced notification for engagement of Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The total vacancy announced by SBI is 8500 posts. The selected applicants shall be posted anywhere in India. Region-wise vacancy distribution is discussed below.
Apprenticeship 2020-21 in SBI is a great opportunity for the freshers, who wanted to have a career in India’s most popular Bank. The online registration for SBI Apprenticeship has been started from 20th November and will end on 10th December 2020.

SBI Apprenticeship Job Update 2020

Age Limit (as on 31st October 2020)
- Minimum Age Limit: 20 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
Candidates must not born earlier than 01-11-1992 and not later than 31-10-2000 (with both dates inclusive).
Stipend: The selected applicants are liable for stipend of Rs. 15000/- (per month) during 1st year, Rs. 16500/- (per month) during 2nd year, and Rs. 19000/- (per month) during the 3rd year of apprenticeship. The candidates will not be given any other allowances or benefits.
SBI Apprentice Educational Qualification
The candidates applying for SBI Apprenticeship must have Graduation/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute. The educational qualification must have completed as on 31-10-2020.The candidates pursuing final year of graduation are not eligible for apprenticeship.
Duration of Training:
The duration of the Apprenticeship training would be 3 years. The selected apprentices must be willing to qualify in the examination of IIBF (JAIIB/CAIIB) during their 3 years of apprenticeship in the bank.
SBI Apprenticeship Selection Process 2020
The selection of the candidates for the engagements of apprentices shall be done on
- Online written examination.
- Test of local language followed by Medical Examination (if applicable).
