DFCCIL Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

Executive (Operations & BD)

  • The candidates must have passed Graduation with minimum 60% marks from any recognized Institute/ University.

Executive (Civil)

  • The candidates must have completed Diploma (3 Years) in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering (Transportation)/ Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering)/ Civil Engineering (Public Health)/ Civil Engineering (Water Resource) from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks.

Executive (Electrical)

  • The candidates must have passed Diploma (3 Years) in Electrical/ Electronics/ Power Supply/ Industrial Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Applied Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Digital Electronics/ Power Electronics from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks.

Executive (Signal & Telecommunication)

  • The candidates must have passed Diploma (3 Years) in Electrical/ Electronics/ TV Engineering/ Microprocessor/ Fiber Optics/ Telecommunication/ Sound & TV Engineering/ Industrial Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Digital Electronics/ Information Science & Technology/ Computer Science from any recognized University with minimum 60 % marks.

Executive (Mechanical)

  • The candidates must have passed Diploma (3 Years) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Production/ Mechatronics/ Automobile/ Instrumentation & Control from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks.

Junior Executive (Operations & BD)

  • The candidates must have passed 10th with minimum 60% marks & 02 Years Duration Course Completed Apprenticeship/ ITI approved by SCVT/ NCVT in any grade with not less than 60% marks. OR
  • Graduate in any discipline are also eligible to apply.

Junior Executive (Signal & Telecommunication)

  • The candidates must have passed 10th with minimum 60% marks & 02 Years Duration Course Completed Apprenticeship/ ITI approved by SCVT/ NCVT in any grade with not less than 60% marks in Electronics/ Communication/ Information Technology/ TV & Radio/ Electronic & Instrumentation/ Applied Electronics/ Power Electronics/ Computer Networking/ Data Networking from any recognized Institute.

Junior Executive (Electrical)

  • The candidates must have passed 10th with minimum 60% marks & 02 Years Duration Course Completed Apprenticeship/ ITI approved by SCVT/ NCVT in any grade with not less than 60% marks in the trade of Electrical/ Electrician/ Wireman/ Electronics from any recognized Institute.

Junior Executive (Mechanical)

  • The candidates must have passed 10th with minimum 60% marks & 02 Years Duration Course Completed Apprenticeship/ ITI approved by SCVT/ NCVT in any grade with not less than 60% marks in Fitter/ Electrician/ Motor Mechanic/ Electronics & Instrumentation from any recognized Institute.

Junior Manager (Civil)

  • The candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks from any recognized University.

Junior Manager (Operations & BD)

  • The candidates must have done 02 Years MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM in Marketing/ Finance/ Customer Relation/ Business Operation from any recognized Institute with minimum 60% marks.

Junior Manager (Mechanical)

  • The candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Industrial/ Production/ Automobile/ Manufacturing/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication Engineering from any recognized Institute with minimum 60% marks.

Age Limit

  • Junior Manager: 18-27 Years
  • Executive: 18-30 Years
  • Junior Executive: 18-30 Years
